For regular shipping we use Fed Ex and UPS ground, which takes 2-5 business days once item has shipped.  The S & H cost is $7.89 for the stethoscope, sphygmomanometer, reflex hammer and medical CD ROM.  We give a shipping discount for a multiple product order.
