Return Policy
Procedure for returning a purchased item:

1. Immediately notify our customer service department and obtain prior authorization @ support@prostethoscopes.com.  No Returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

2. Item must be in resalable NEW condition and in original packaging.

3. All merchandise must be returned in its original shipping packaging (UPC or bar code intact) with all accessories, components, and manuals that may have accompanied the original shipment.

4. Enclose the original sales slip.

5. Send the item(s) back to the return address in the original package.

6. Return the product via UPS or US mail or other common carrier prepaid and insured.  Retain your shipping receipt for proof.

7. We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages returned through the US Postal Service.

8. Shipping rates for packaging, insurance and delivery are not reimbursable.
